As GDL (Project Manager) - Door Trims, you are responsible for all deliverables connected to implementing door panel system solutions into our new car models. Door trim is a highly focused area both from styling and customer point of view. This makes it an interesting part to work with.
We are looking for a result oriented project leader to run a program from concept phase and on. You will work in a global environment, leading an international cross functional team with many global contacts.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage a cross functional team in engineering projects and ensure delivery with regards to time, technology and cost
Perform design reviews to the team
Answer for the door trim system solution validation and ensure production launch
Manage contacts with production suppliers
Preferred Professional and Personal Qualifications
University degree in Mechanical engineering
Strong project management skills, ability to drive tasks towards goals and deliver on time
Organised, structured and able to handle many tasks simultaneously and to take decisions
Eager to work in a group and to cooperate with other people
Self starter and highly motivated to take up challenging tasks
Strong communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English
Experience/understanding of design work in Catia and other systems that manage drawings and 3-D models is meritorious
