Are you passionate about driving digital transformation? Within our Parts, Distribution & Logistics (PDL) division, we're constantly exploring how to elevate our processes, tools, and business practices. As a key member of our central Project Manager Team, your mission is to identify, plan, and implement improvement projects leveraging on digitalization tools to optimize our end to end processes within our global distribution of parts.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Innovation: Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency using advanced tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Simulation, Process Mining, and Data Analytics.

Transformative Projects: Identify business model and concept for example Digital Warehouse.

Tech Scouting: Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring and integrating technologies that add value to the organization.
*
Community Leadership: Drive the digitalization community within PDL, sharing best practices and impactful use cases across the organization.
This is a global role, based in Lund, Sweden, with the exciting opportunity to travel internationally to our sites in Asia, the USA, and Europe (~30 travel days per year).

Your Background

Experience: Proven track record in managing digitalization initiatives, especially within supply chain processes and data management.

Education: A university degree in Engineering, System Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Fluent in English, with familiarity with various project management methodologies, including agile approaches.
