hela Sverige We are looking for a project manager within R&D for a long consulting assignment at our customer in Uppsala. You will drive the product and method development, transform ideas into new successful products, take care of life cycle management and be technical responsible for the assigned product portfolio within immunodiagnostics. Duties and responsibilities
As the Project Manager within the Research & Development (R&D) team you drive the product and method development from the initial idea and see the result of your work in the final product: You transform ideas into new successful products. You also take care of life cycle management and are the technical responsible for the assigned product portfolio.
• Responsible for the methodologies of the production process and make sure recipes are available
• Preparation of project- and validation documentation and reports for both new launches and the core brands for the defined products
• Product responsibility: Expertise in defined products and provide technical support to the rest of the team
• Actively involved in troubleshooting in R&D daily work
Requirements and qualifications
• PhD in veterinary or biomedical sciences
• At least 4 years of experience as a scientist or in a similar role in veterinary or biomedical research
• Experience in serological work, cell culturing, virology and microbiology, chromatography, biochemistry, microscopy techniques, assay development and validation and immunoassay's
• Excellent command of the English language and conversational understanding of the Swedish language
• Strong communicator: Able to transfer technical details in a clear and easy to understand manner
• Entrepreneurship: Independent and resourceful in identifying solutions
• Accountable: Prioritize your work and take responsibility for your own tasks while supporting others in reaching their objectives
• Results oriented: Accurate and meticulous in daily work and delivering according to plan
