Senseair actively works with two of the most challenging problems in society today: reliable alcohol screening and poor air quality.
Every year alcohol is responsible for the death of 2.5 million people around the world. Besides this a great number of injuries and trauma are left out of the statistics. Senseairs alcohol screening device is developed together with a group of leading automobile manufacturers and the US government to develop next generations "invisible" and better accepted technology for the discovery of alcohol in vehicles.
The invisible gas carbon dioxide doesn't only affect our environment and the Earths' atmosphere - our modern-day lifestyle entails spending around 92% of our lives indoors which in turn increases the importance of good air quality for our ability to work and act. You can find Senseair's air measurement solutions in buildings, vehicles, environmental stations, medical applications, life boats, factories, mines etc.
In April 2018, Asahi Kasei Group Company bought the company and has chosen to invest in the Swedish business. Today about 170 employees work nationally within the company distributed over Delsbo, Kista and Västerås. Internationally Senseair can be found in Chengdu, Chicago and Dusseldorf.

As a project manager at Senseair you work in development projects of new and/or existing products. You are responsible for long term projects (1 - 3 years) and manage the project group consisting of soft- and firmware developer, mechanical engineer , quality engineer, external consultants and production, test and sales engineers. You work after Senseairs own product development process and according to Wenells project model with room to distribute the work within your preferences and competence. You administer the frequent follow up and are responsible for the stability within budget and time management. You work closely with the other project members on a detail level as you are highly involved in all the decisions being made and support all the divisions to ensure high quality delivery. You are responsible for complex projects which involves communication (both external and internal), documentation of technical demands, reports and project plans which in turn puts high demands on your technical skills.
KvalifikationerEducation, experience & personal qualities
• Relevant academic background
• Experience of project management within technical development projects
• A background in mechanics, electronics, software/firmware, product development and/or design is meritorious
• Knowledge in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) is meritorious
• Good knowledge in technical documentation and communication
• Fluent in English, both verbal and writing. Swedish knowledge is a strong advantage
• Experience of design in high-volume production (meritorious)
• Knowledge in quality system and standard like ISO and automotive standard IATF16949 (meritorious)
To succeed in this role you are a communicatively strong person with a vast business focus. You are self-operated and strive to be well inserted in Senseairs products to ensure successful deliveries. Furthermore, you work to sustain good relations within the projects, both internally and externally and you are quick to identify improvement areas both in the team and the project.

About the assignment: This is a consultant assignment and you will be employed by Bravura, working as a consultant at Seneair. Both Bravuras and Senseairs goal is that you will be employed directly by Senseair in the future, providing that the collaboration and assignment went well.
