Looking for a great mix of e-commerce and logistics? Our client has an opening for an inspired, driven and communicative Project Leader ready to join in to work with Online Transport projects.

The purpose of these projects is to align a bought SAAS solution with initiatives connected to our global online expansion with deliverables such as setting time plans, work across teams and divisions to secure a stable delivery to our customers, intense collaboration with external vendors, handover to maintenance.

Together with your team you will define and translate strategy and business needs into solutions and lead your team from design through delivery. You will create roadmaps and ensure that milestones are being met by applying your project leader skills.
To be successful in this role you are social, believe in people and have skills to build and maintain various stakeholders. You are a strong communicator both in verbal and written form and are adept in communication towards many different stakeholders. You understand business processes and have knowledge of business demand processes.
The team you will work with consists of around 6 persons including requirement analysts, architects and a test lead.

Responsibilities
Project Leader for IT Distribution projects
Manage, follow-up and deliver results per project goal/s
Full responsibility for time plans, budget, project objectives and report to steering committees
Lead, inspire and motivate project members and stakeholders to deliver and contribute to the project 's success
Have a customer focus and commercial mindset in planning and decision making
Steer and improve the hand over to maintenance situation

At least 5 years in working as a Project Leader
Skillful in managing many stakeholders
Are curious, social and non-prestigious and take initiative to always find the best way forward

Like taking responsibility and enjoy working in a changing environment
Have leadership skills
Strong communicative skills and have strong skills in Swedish? And English, both written and spoken

It is qualifying if you have knowledge from one or more of the following;
Working experience as requirement analyst
Knowledge of Global Online Logistics and their processes
Retail business
ITIL
PPS
