We are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a lot of exciting projects in the Service Area "Shared Systems".
Shared Systems are accountable for a mix of IT services - targeting both IT and our business. It's an area in transformation and will provide many challenges forward!
Here we find the platform ServiceNow - that gives automation and tool support for most of IT's (ITIL) processes including a self-service portal and financial steering tools. Most of IT's development tools (like JIRA, Teamcity, Dynatrace etc.) are supported and maintained by "DOT" (Development and Operations Tools). This together with the current tool for IT Financial Management (FAB) is the base for the delivery today, but the area is growing and new services are added during the year. One new and fast-growing area are services based upon Office 365, it ranges from standardized training to application development. Our goal is to drive optimal utilization of shared HM group services for productivity, collaboration and communication.
In your role as a Project Manager you will drive different IT projects in the area as well as internal within the delivery area as external for example against IT and the business. Yore role includes to ensure that the implementation of the project is in line with the strategy and objectives of the area and involve relevant stakeholders. You will also make a detailed plan that defines and delimit the content and scope of the various project phases with resources, timeplan and costs. As a Project manager you will keep close contact with, collaborate and communicate with other areas of IT to ensure delivery, especially with SR, SAR, StaR, SoR, Area Architects and other Project Managers. We think that you are experienced in driving change. Management experience is of great benefit, preferably in a larger IT organization.

You believe in relationships over contracts and can create long-lasting relationships with peers and colleagues both within H&M and with our suppliers.
Your responsibilities:
Drive various IT projects in the area as well as internal within the delivery area as external for example against IT and business
Ensure that the implementation of the project is in line with the strategy and objectives of the area and involve relevant stakeholders
Make a detailed plan that defines and delimit the content and scope of the various project phases with resources, timeplan and costs
Fees resources with the right skills for the project as well as budgeting and following up on all project costs
Lead, coordinate and follow up planned activities in accordance with the objectives of the plan and with H & M: s routines and methods
Keep close contact with, collaborate and communicate with other areas of IT to ensure delivery
Report deviations from plan to SAR and stakeholders
Ensure that the systems and activities affected by the project are informed
Work close to other teams within the delivery area, collaborate with SR, SAR, StaR, SoR, Area Architect and Project Manager
Conduct a risk assessment in order to minimize project risks

Several years' experience and knowledge of Project Management
Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, in English and Swedish
