In your role as a Project Manager you will have a very shifting work situation. You will lead exciting projects of different nature that includes many interfaces with our business, external suppliers and IT stakeholders.
As IT project manager your main tasks will be to coordinate team members and stakeholders from different functions within H&M in order to secure a qualitative and time accurate delivery.
H&M develop and operate one of the largest retail websites in the world. The IT division Sales Online & Marketing provides IT solutions for all digital channels for the H&M Group. Our daily business is about web, mobile, e-commerce, social media, marketing messaging, apps and much more.
To be suitable for the role as a Project Manager we believe that you are ambitious, analytic, a fast learner and can handle stress. You value own responsibility, fast pace, teamwork and straight forward communication. You are constantly looking for possibilities to improve things. We want you to have experience from leadership and Project Management.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Project Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Take full responsibility for the project process that may include all steps from requirements and purchase to implementation
• Handling several projects at the same time
• Report to the steering group and other stakeholders
• Financial follow-up
• Responsible for the whole project cycle, including follow up deliveries and hand over to maintenance
• Develop and coach your team
• Corporate and work with other teams within H&M as well as with suppliers
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• At least 5 years of project manager experience within IT projects
• Experience from agreement negotiations and purchase projects
• Good at expressing yourself in English and Swedish both in speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have previous experience from web and e-commerce. It is also meriting if you have worked as a Project Manager in global projects and roll-outs with off shore development. If you have experience from role as a System Responsible it is also a plus.
