We are now seeking a Project manager who will join a cross functional dynamic team dedicated to advancing the safety and reliability of self-driving technologies. In this team they take lead for vehicle testing in terms of Fuel consumption, Energy Efficiency, Drivability, Air resistance (Air drag), Expedition lead and SW testing. Tests are performed both on Test track but also on public roads. Purpose is to verify that new technical solutions is proven to be better than today 's production.

About the role:
Our client develop new Productivity test methods that will support electrical and autonomous vehicles development. They believe that the future consists of new technologies and this team is aiming to be in the front line. The team is now expanding this scope with a Test Leader for autonomous vehicles. In this role the main task is to enable testing, and the work will be a mix of practical and analytical tasks.
As a member of the team and in this role, you are supposed to master and take lead for:
• Single point of contact and reporting to the Project Manager at Complete Vehicle.
• Single point of contact with Vehicle Technology for testing.
• Organize test and help a test engineer to get all mandatory routines in place.
• Support when visitor want access to different test tracks.
• Initiate and perform & follow up risk analysis before driving at a test track.
• Create routines for vehicle status and sign-off in terms of safe to drive.
• Enable autonomous drive, in terms of safety.
• Support with driver & mechanic resources.
About you:
To thrive in the role, we believe that you have been working some years in automotive industry with experience in complete vehicle testing. If having skills in 5G network this is highly meritorious. You are a good team player. We believe that we are stronger together. With your curiosity and eager to learn you will be an important part of this team. Furthermore, it is important that you adapt on not expected changes. You have a positive mindset without prestige.
