hela Sverige At i3tex, there are exciting opportunities for driven and ambitious project managers. As a project manager, you will plan, lead and secure activities to meet the projects' agreed QDCF goals (Quality, Delivery, Cost and Function) through cross-functional cooperation.

Main responsibilities
• Planning, management, driving and follow-up of deliveries according to decided goals and processes
• Proactive risk management; ward off effects or escalate risks to the steering group
• Project team understands its tasks and deliveries according to agreed goals
• Project costs within the agreed framework
• Verification and validation of mechanical engineering, Software and Hardware through simulation, virtual and physical construction
Qualifications
• Bachelor or master degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management of product development in both large and small projects
• English fluently
Preferred qualifications
• Experience of agile leadership
• Good knowledge in automotive processes and systems (e.g. VPDS, KDP, LEQM, Team Center)
Personal qualities
• Ability to drive, coach and lead in challenging environments
• Good communication skills
• Proactive and open mind-set
• Strong team player and also a good initiator
• Can handle stakeholder relations in a positive way
