Description
Our client is looking for a Project Manager. As a project manager at the client you will make sure all various business areas are implementing the necessary IT changes. Planning the time and delivering result. You will report the progress together with other Project Managers following agreed and aligned way of working.
Work tasks:
• Collaborate with Test Lead to follow up that all affected business areas are testing the project flows, verifying the IT changes but also performing exhaustive regression testing. Your task will be to communicate the expectation and make sure that each busines area signing off their readiness to go live
• Business readiness, help various business units to capture and create actions plan ti implement any operational, and business changes so that at the go live there are no interruptions, service quality loss due to lack of preparations.
• Collaboration with business owner, your project will have an assigned business owner who will make sure the business rationale and business dialogue with multitude of stakeholders progresses.Your task will be to support the Business Owner with necessary action execution and follow up, communication package with steering groups and stakeholders and other relevant project management tasks.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Minimum 4 years of Project Management incl. experience from test management/coordination
• A self-motivated "do-er".
• Good communication skills, in both Swedish and English.
• Humble, prestige less, good at creating engagement, commitment when driving project 's progress and ensuring that internal and external deadlines are met.
• Familiar with agile ways of working.
Preferred competence and experience:
• Basic knowledge of Swift & payments would be an advantage
