Role
The Project Manager Wayside Signalling will manage and execute projects according to the company?s processes. He/ She will manage customer meetings and control customer requirements. Responsibilities will include managing scope, resources and lead project team to deliver our commitments (in terms of scope, quality, time and budget). He/ she will be fully accountable in managing costs according to specific contracts.
Key responsibilities:
• Management and delivery of Interlocking projects.
• Leadership of projects with notable risk and complexity; development of strategy for project execution; allocation/coordination of work within the team/project according to company processes.
• Manages customer requirements and meetings.
• Time, cost and status reporting to the manager and other parts involved in the process.
• Assures the quality and safety issues related to the projects he/ she coordinates.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor?s or higher degree in electrical or software engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management or relevant rail industry experience combined with minimum 2 years of experience in project management (preferably in a technical, multinational project environment).
• Advanced English and Swedish language skills are mandatory.
• Self-driven, Excellent communication skills and Flexibility.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
