We are now looking for a Project Manager within Product Development in Hillerstorp. As a Project Manager you will deliver projects on time, within cost targets and to the promised specification. In this position you will also play an essential part in driving our projects according to Thule Project System (TPS) and at the same time help motivating the project team to meet key deliverables.
You will, from time to time, perform design engineering work and verify the designs.

Your profile:
You are a pro-active enthusiastic person with an entrepreneurial drive, a "can do attitude", a team player and someone with a sense of humor. Your structured and professional approach in combination with your good technical competence (to maximize the use of all resources available) makes it easy for you to deliver under pressure.
An academic degree in Mechanical engineering, CAD competence (preferable Solidworks) is a minimum requirement as well as fluency in English and Swedish. Preferably, you have a documented management experience leading similar projects within consumer goods. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you posess good financial acumen and a high degree of interpersonal skills.
