We are currently seeking a Project Manager to the Project Management Office (PMO) in our IT department. We are looking for someone with a passion for project management who wants to share your knowledge. In your role you contribute to our projects success by supporting, managing and following up. You have extensive experience in project management and are confident in your role, and want to move on to a role in a project office.
In your role as Project Manager within the Project Office you will mainly be responsible for supporting the projects by running the IT department's support process for the project, a framework based on PPS. You will be responsible for that all projects are monitored according to process all perspectives and ensure that we work according to central guidelines. You will also manage, support and monitor the work of our project, program and other leaders in the division.
You will belong to the division Buying Office Production Office (BOPO) who support our Purchasing- & Production department in their efforts to transform creative ideas into irresistible products. BOPO deliver to a global business that is constantly changing, and with strong expansion.
You take a holistic approach to how we use the methods and processes and constantly see new opportunities for improvements, such as increasing the quality and efficiency of our deliveries. This is a new feature in the division where you will be involved in building up the project office from scratch.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun.
Your to-do list includes:
• Method / method support in project management (PPS), the P&A support and how we work with program management
• Together with the head of the PMO ensure that the division has the right management, way of working and support tools to enable IT vision and to implement our IT strategy
• Leading IT-related business development and minor governance related change projects
• Compile results, analyze and suggest improvements for the projects run within the division
• Be informed of current market trends related to the framework, methodology, approach and support tools
Your skills

• Experience as a project manager in different types of projects
• Experience in IT projects
• Project Management Methodology (PPS, Agile Project Management)
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and visually
• You have good teaching skills and thrive in a role where you will inspire others to do even better results
• You have the ability to understand our complex environment and can provide a structured approach in projects
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
It is an advantage if you have knowledge or experience in program management and procurement.
