You will be part of Substation Automation Systems in Västerås. Our unit offers system solutions to protect and control power grids. Our customers are within the segments of transmission and distribution of electricity, power generation, windpower, railway and the manufacturing industry. Our system solutions are mainly based on ABB?s products in the relay and control series Relion as well as on station and remote control with MicroSCADA and RTUs.

Tasks
Substation Automation Systems (SA Systems) is growing and wants to strengthen the team with a driven Project Manager. In this role, you will work in parallel projects of different complexity. The success of the project lies in your hands. Your tasks will therefore include making strategic decisions, coordinating the project team and reporting technical as well as economic status to the management. This is a rewarding challenge if you are committed to success and are willing, together with your team, to take necessary actions to fulfill the overall goals of the project.

Requirements
You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent. To this you can add skills in SAP and understanding of basic economical reporting and terminology. You also have a recorded ability to lead teams toward common goals. If you are familiar with industrial automation, industrial communication and electrical grids, this will be counted to your advantage. Proficiency in Swedish and English is required. On a personal level, you have a keen eye for details and an ability to inspire your team members. Your stress resilience, flexibility and working capacity are other crucial characteristics in this complex environment, where you sometimes have to act before having all the information.
