Robotics develops, manufactures and markets robots and associated control systems, software, arc welding products, tracks and motor packages. The automotive industry and to an increasing extent general industry, such as the food industry, are automating their production with our robots. Over 90% of our production goes to export, and our robots and robotics are sold via local ABB companies and via independent systems integrators and OEM companies - companies we call our Partners.

Your responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in business development projects at ABB Robotics Customer Service, responsible for serving the globally installed base of ABB robots with spare parts, field service and system upgrades.
In the project manager role your main mission will be to help develop our business by leading important projects in order to implement new service offerings and business solutions.
The projects range within Business Development, IS/IT projects and Operational improvements.
You will be involved with people within Customer Service as well as other functions within Robotics (R&D, SCM, Production, Sales, Product Management) both locally and globally.
Taking on this position will give you an important role in taking Customer Service and ABB Robotics to the Next level as we focus on improving our business.
Your background
We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager and are interested both in candidates with solid experience and more junior candidates.
Independent of experience, your personal qualities are very important and you need to be able to combine leadership with being a team player.
Conceptual thinking is important, as well as customer focus, drive, result orientation and being able to see the whole picture.
Communication skills both inside the project and to the management team are important. You contribute further with your ability to visualize complex dependencies in easy to understand presentations.
As a foundation, you hold a Bachelor 's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent combined with experience from project management and relevant work experience.
Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.
Further, IT application knowledge are qualifying, as is a project management certificate. Equally beneficial is experience from the aftermarket business.
