Dina arbetsuppgifterJob description
As a Project Manager, you will be a part of the Project Engineering team, working on your allocated projects from the early phases of an idea through to an installed and operating installation. The role is centered on development and delivery of the projects for Safety, Cost Time, and working with the Plant Engineering function in order to deliver the required Quality. You will be involved in planning, coordination and administrational acumen as well as directing activities on site. As Project Manager you will be able to see the results of your work physically take shape. In this role, your main responsibilites involve:
• Meeting the project functionality requirements
• Developing the project organization, planning and budget
• Resource acquisition and management including contracted services
• Project control and management, progress and reporting
• Risk Management and mitigation
Kvalifikationer• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience and training in Project Engineering & Management.
• Experience leading your own projects, or being responsible for smaller elements of larger projects.
• Experience working with a stage gate project process.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with some Swedish proficiency and a willingness to improve.
• Formal qualifications from IPMA or PMP in Project Management are a significant advantage.
To do well in this position you need to be able to work independently as well as leading cross functional teams. You are interested in both the managerial and technical elements of your work, seeing projects through in a structured manner, from an early phase through into operation. You are confident to take the lead in your projects and to know when to seek assistance from those around you to achieve the best solutions. As a person, you need to be structured, disciplined and a good influencer.
