You will become part of a creative work environment in the intersection of energy and AI-solutions, working with world class digital solutions for data-driven optimization and efficiency management in thermal networks and power grids.
Our team consists of people with backgrounds in e.g. development and IT, marketing, project management, research, telecom and energy. We are used to working remotely, since we have two offices (Karlshamn and Malmö) and cooperate with clients in Sweden, Europe, and North America.

YOU WILL
Your primary role will be overseeing projects dedicated to the delivery of our products and solutions. This means that you will work closely with our delivery team, partners and customers to secure quality and efficiency in implementation. Our projects can vary in complexity, size and time, but the goal is always to deliver the agreed-upon result. You'll work through the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closure. We follow an agile approach, and in this role, you are expected to:
Develop project plans that outline the project's timeline and resource requirements and assign tasks to the team.
Effectively manage project issues, risks, and assumptions by providing regular reports and maintaining open communication on project progress.
Conduct regular meetings or briefings with customers and partners.
Exercise cost control measures to keep projects within budgetary limits.
Stay up to date on industry trends and the competitive landscape.

YOU ARE
You are an experienced and qualified project manager with a track record of successful results in your portfolio. That being said, we are fully aware of the challenges in achieving success in all projects, as there are so many factors at play. However, you know from experience that the prerequisites required are:
Ensuring the goal is clear - you have a holistic view.
Making the goal crystal clear for everyone - you are a skilled leader and an effective communicator.
Leaning on a well-functioning project methodology - you bring structure and possess a process-oriented mindset.
Paying attention to details - you also understand that flexibility will be required.
Constantly striving to eliminate risks and being driven to optimize - you have logical reasoning and a strong motivation to continually improve and develop.
We prefer that you have an academic education and a strong IT understanding, along with experience working with various systems/programs related to your role as a project manager. Regarding industry experience, we are open, although experience in an energy or HVAC-related field will be viewed positively. However, we would like to see that you have managed customer projects with complexity, preferably in a fast-paced industry. Additionally, you need to have a genuine interest in technology, the ability to immerse yourself in the subject matter, and develop a strong understanding of business development. You also communicate fluently in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
We still have processes to develop, which means that sooner or later you will use best practices to improve ways of working and delivering solutions to customers. On the other hand, that is why we are looking for you. We want you to have a clear goal focus and performance orientation, with a high energy level and inner motivator.
