Embarking on our very interesting journey more launches of new products will come to meet new consumer requirements and increase the value of our products and brands. The launches are enabled via our Internet of Things platform. In order to take the next step we are now looking for a project manager that can lead cross-border development projects from idea to launch of smart products that can include components of Mechanics, Electronics and Software. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Manage the day to day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams to ensure project deliverables are on schedule.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations.
• Work according to Inwido 's Product Development and Launch process, while suggesting and implementing improvements to improve efficiency.
• Keep track of budgets and project deadlines and prioritize backlog
• Identify risks and find mitigations to ensure that time, cost and quality requirements are obtained.
• Take part in the sourcing process and manage the suppliers during the industrialization of the product.
• Define test plans on component and system level to secure that the right quality and performance is obtained.
THE JOB IN BRIEF
In this position you report to the VP of R&D.
The position is placed in at Inwido Shared Smart Service Centre in Lund at Ideon.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are an experienced project manager driving projects preferably within hardware or/and software development, combined with skills in requirements analysis, planning, quality and risk management.
You have experience from Agile methods (Scrum and Kanban) and likely a Bachelor 's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field plus extensive experience in IT project management.
The smaller circumstance and the start-up feel within a company is one you appreciate which require an entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work independently and ability to adapt to change quickly
You are a team player with strong communication skills and you hold the ability to establish trust and lead teams with great results
You are adept at getting your message across and willing to step out of own comfort zone with a proactive and can-do-attitude and hands on mentality
You have a hands-on attitude with an ability to change perspective from strategy to detailed execution and with strong interpersonal skills the capacity influence and operate at all levels.
You are fluent in Swedish and English
