Our Project Managers lead complex projects with dynamic teams. As part of the Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Competence Center team, you will drive initiatives throughout H&M IT, everything from one-person prestudies to global projects involving H&M's global organizations, 3rd party suppliers and off-shore resources.
You will work with leaders and stakeholders across the organization ensuring project deliverables are clearly identified, defined, documented and delivered within the specified budget and timeplan.
To succeed in your role as Project Manager at H&M I&O you have experience leading varying sizes and set-ups of project teams and initiatives, local and global; you have a genuine interest in technology; you are business minded; you thrive in a dynamic environment and have learned to manage unclear prerequisites. Additionally, you have a genuine interest and curiosity for developing other people and yourself.
I&O serves H&M globally and consists of three main areas: Business Solutions, Infrastructure Services and Service Management. The Competence Center is a center of excellence providing qualified resources and teams to these three areas. We are situated in Stockholm.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Project Manager at H&M comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Successful planning, execution, monitoring and closing of projects according to agreed project goals, way of working, time and budget.
• Running pre-studies with various levels of complexity
• Running various types of projects: implementation, procurement, service delivery, rollout and transition
• Leading, coaching and developing others by delegating, competence transfer and mentoring.
• Building and maintaining relationships with many different stakeholders, within both business and IT.
• Participating in continuous improvement together with the PMO, the I&O division, the IT organization as a whole and our business.

And your skills include:
• Excellent leadership skills with a business oriented mindset
• 3-5 years of experience from Project Management with a variety of types and complexity of projects
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written, in English and Swedish
• Overall knowledge and understanding of technical solutions
• Knowledge of IT Governance and ITIL
Any of the following is merited:
• Experience with global rollout or transition projects
• Experience from purchasing/implementing services and products from 3 rd party suppliers and/or managing teams involving 3rd parties
• Experience from working with off-shore resources
• Experience in or knowledge of capacity planning and/or networks
• Experience with cloud services
• Experience using a project model, preferably PPS
• Experience with project tools and techniques
• Experience from Change Management
It is an advantage if you have a technical education, have worked as a technician or within service support. We are especially interested in PM's with SAP experience.

The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conduct business virtually all over the globe.
