Beskrivning av jobbetWe are looking for a Project Manager to Husqvarna.
Do you want to lead exciting development projects, from concept to industrialized and launched products? Our client is now looking for a Project Manager to strengthening PMO R&D.
Assignment
Husqvarna will offer you a holistic Project Manager role where you will lead the exciting and sometimes challenging development of a new high-end construction product all the way from idea to launched product. You will be part of a great team located in Jonsered (15 minutes from Gothenburg city). The position is within our clients product category 'Concrete Sawing and Drilling' with the focus on cutting, sawing and drilling machines, all with diamond tools, mainly for use on concrete. In Jonsered we have most of the product development, test/lab, product management and other support functions.

In your role you will
• Be responsible for the project's deliverables regarding time, cost and quality with a clear end customer focus.
• Lead and coordinate all project activities based on our project development process.
• Continuously report status to steering team, briefly in pulse meetings, and also more indepth in management forums.
• Motivating the team, help them in their progress and coordination.
Your project team is cross-functional and consists of representatives from R&D (mechanical, electronics and software), industrial design, purchasing, testing, production and in some projects project coordinators. Furthermore, you will have a wide network of contacts both internally, within the entire company and externally with customers and suppliers.
Requirements
We believe that you have experience from project work in a leading role, a degree probably from a technical university and you speak and write English fluently. As a person you are prestige less with a strong drive to learn new things. You are independent, creative in your way of working, structured, communicative and outgoing.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Project Management
Experience in development projects (R&D)
Technical understanding is a merit
