YOU WILL
As a project manager, you'll drive project direction, planning, and execution, working with new product development to ensure they align with HIAB's strategic goals and quality standards. You will take charge of project operational management and oversee project development from inception to completion. You will delegate tasks and responsibilities within project teams and estimate resources required for project goals in collaboration with resource owners. Additionally, you will have other tasks and areas of responsibility:
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Providing transparent reporting with predictability and forecasting, analysis, and mitigation planning
Create time and activity plans for efficient project execution
Manage project risks and secure quality of product and project
Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion
Regularly perform and update critical path analysis
Mentor, coach, and inspire your team, nurturing a sense of ownership and commitment
You'll play a pivotal role in steering projects toward success, embodying leadership that resonates within the team and contributes to the overarching goals of HIAB. This position is located in Malmö and reports directly to the VP of Sales and Product Management.

Managing successful long-term and multidisciplinary projects and working on a project methodology approach comes naturally to you. You have several years of Project management experience in a complex engineering environment. A minimum educational degree, such as a Bachelor's degree within a relevant field is needed. Communication skills in English, both verbal and convincing presentation skills, are required. Furthermore, you are also the value bearer of our values: reliable, caring, and pioneering.
