H&M's online payment services rolled out on our new and existing markets in a fast pace, and is growing in both size and functionality. The solution is developed and managed by both internal teams and external providers. The platform is under further development as a part of the Global Online Expansion (GOE) program.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who wants to pursue ongoing and future projects within our Global online expansion as well as initiatives that cut across several divisions and service areas. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the entire project cycle, including following up deliveries from our external supplier and handing over to maintenance. You will use your leadership experience to steer your team and also to get the best out of them. SAP and SAP finance experience are meriting in this position.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project Manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead, coach and motivate a team with mixed roles and skills
• Work closely with our IT Supplier who builds and delivers the system solution based on H&M requirements
• Responsible for the implementation of releases, IT solutions, IT services both for our own systems and standard products
• Attend and represent IT procurement and drafting contracts
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• 3 years of experience of project management within IT and large projects
• Experience in SAP
• Genuine interest and curiosity for leadership and project management
• Good communication skills and able to communicate at different levels - strategic, operational and tactical levels
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
It is merited if you have SAP Finance experience and online payment competence.
