hela Sverige Prototyping Sweden, within R&D at Ericsson AB, produces Test Beds, early prototypes (PoC and PoP) and other demonstrators to validate and demonstrate new technology in cooperation with Ericsson Research, DURA S&T, PDU, and Product Management. With strategic capabilities, as e.g. SMA, Wire-bonding, Analysis lab, 3D printing/scanning, CNC machines, and Test chambers, Prototyping Sweden provides a One Stop Shop to enable innovation and Technology leadership for Ericsson. Radio PIM Sweden is also driving the Advanced Engineering Program within Supply, coordinating research and pre-development of future production and test technologies by utilizing total PIM capabilities.
We are now recruiting for the position as Project Manager within the Logistics & Build Office section at Prototyping Sweden. In this position, you will report to the head of Logistics & Build Office.
About the role
Your role is to understand stakeholders needs of prototypes and coordinate prototype builds within Prototype Sweden organization. You will also be responsible for initiate demands towards the operational buyer team to secure material and components to the prototype build, have an overview of current stock and prioritize the prototypes build both from a material and resource perspective to secure deliveries on time. Communicating delivery plans, status and reports to stakeholders are also important tasks. You will also be responsible to report and follow up financial targets related to the prototype builds you are involved in and participate and report status in relevant fora 's.
You will work in close collaboration with project managers, operational buyers, planners, designers, and quality functions.
About you
To succeed in the role as Project Manager, you should have well developed analytical skills and being comfortable taking own initiatives. A substantial driving force to actively follow-up status of the prototype builds and have an overview on current and coming prototype builds.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements
Good English and Swedish skills, written and spoken, are a pre-requisite for the position, as is a good general IS/IT competence level
We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics and skills. It is considered beneficial to have experience and proven competence within the following areas:
• University degree in Business, Logistics or equivalent working experience.
• IT systems: SAP ONE, Microsoft Office, Monitor, Eliza, Piwin
• Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
• Lean theory and methodology
About the Assignment
The assignment as an Project Manager is a consultant assignment with start date soonest. Project period is until 2018-12-31 with the opportunity for extension.
