hela Sverige Ericsson in Karlskrona is a Research & Development Center responsible for developing payment solutions for mobile services and mobile positioning, as well as testing tools and methods. Ericsson in Karlskrona also facilitates a global services division and includes state-of-the-art testing equipment.
Ericsson Test Environments in Karlskrona is responsible for all deliveries of test equipment and related test configuration services to the customers in the region and remote customers supplied with services from our Remote lab, KaRL.
In the Project office & business support unit we are approximately 15 people working with project management, program planning, financial- and administrative support.
Job description
As a TE (Test environment) Project manager, you will either work with our local customers or the customers to the remote lab. The project are of various sizes with different numbers of test plants and people involved. This requires a structured person that can live up to our commitments towards our customers. It is about listening to their needs, plan and executive the setups of test plants and to continuously communicate progress. Typically each project involves 2 - 10 people of which most of them will also be shared with other projects. Therefore you will also need to synchronize resource usage with other TE Project Managers colleagues and resource owners.
Who are you?
As a TE Project manager you need to be structured, responsible, easy-going and good at handling people. You have personal communications skills and a service mindset that make you good at handling customers and own personnel. It is also essential that you are a team player able to contribute to common improvement work.
• 80p technical education or equivalent is requirement
• Financial understanding is a requirement
• Good written and spoken Swedish & English is requirement
• Project management or team leading experience is an advantage
• MS project knowledge is an advantage
• Telecom experience is an advantage
• Experience from a service organization is an advantage
