Job Description
Our client within the electronic industry is now looking for a Project manager in the area of HR/IT. As a Project Manager you will take lead and manage the initiatives Digital Learning and Talent Acquisition Acceleration. You will be a part of the Digital HR team. Part of your project manager role will be to implement and develop new systems and to work with support models and procurement of that. You need to be experienced in system implementations. We are looking for an experienced project manager within IT/HR. You have previously experience of Cornerstone and has worked within digital learning adoption. It 's positive if you in addition have experience of procurement and management of suppliers as well, as this is going to be a central part of the TA-project. The client need you to be independent and take lead on these two projects. As a project manager you build strong collaborations with key persons. For these projects you will primarily collaborate with the Global Learning Director and Global Talent Acquisition Director among others.
Qualifications
• You are an experienced project manager preferable within IT/HR and have managed similar projects before with excellent results.
• You have previously experience of Cornerstone
• you have worked within digital learning adoption.
• its great if have experience of procurement and management of suppliers.
• you are used to communicate in English since it is the corporate language.
Personal qualities
We are looking for a person who is able to work independent and who is comfortable taking lead in projects. You also like to have many contact-points and have good cooperation skills.
Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2020-11-30 and the assignment is expected to run even until the 2021-12-29 with possibility of extension. The work load will be at approx. 50% from project start and will increase during the year, in line with the development of the projects. In this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client or you can be a Sub-consultant (UC). Submit your application in ENGLISH as soon as interviews are ongoing.
