We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a commercial frontend project in the insurance sector.
The main purpose of the project is to create a Nordic solution for internal users to get an overview of customers, activity/workflow and document management. The assignment is to complete the preparation phase, including leading the work of detailing the technical solution, and in the next phase that lead the work of delivering the solution. The candidate should have a proven track record of successful project deliveries. The candidate needs to have good communication and co-ordination skills since cooperation with other large initiatives within If is essential. The project manager should have administrative skills for thorough planning and follow-up. The project manager will report status to the steering group and prepare material for decisions.
Competence Requirements:
The project manager will preferably be Finnish speaking and stationed in Stockholm, Turku or Espoo and will be required to do some travelling within the Nordic countries. The candidate has preferably an overall knowledge of the insurance business and a strong background in Contact Centre / Customer Management / Workforce optimization. The candidate should speak and write English fluently.
