hela Sverige We are now looking for a results driven project Manager for a new exciting role within Asset management - AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for driving multiple projects and ensure that all major project plans, budgets and resources are managed in line with agreed scope.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Manage, monitor, control and complete projects in accordance with the agreed plans and budgets, where direct responsibility for projects is given or through Project Leaders.
• Identify, manage and resolve resource issues between projects and other / normal business activities.
• Monitor and track project work plans, milestones and deliverables. Report in appropriate format when required.
• Ensure that the appropriate methodology and project disciplines (governance, organization, plans etc) are applied to projects and continuously improved through appropriate review procedures.
• Ensure that quality management procedures are embedded into all projects and programs.
• Help to safeguard that process changes are communicated and processes updated for example as an outcome of a project (change management).
• Analyze, improve and communicate transportation figures and share and influence valid stake holders.

To be successful in this position you should:
• Hold a degree, preferable within engineering on at least bachelor level.
• Have a minimum 2-3 years of proven experience/capability in project management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
As a person you are able to drive project management with high engagement in the organization. You are responsible, result oriented and communicative. You have a proactive work style and you take initiative for improvements within the business. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in one nordic language and English are required.
