hela Sverige You will be part of System Integration & Substation Services, a business unit within ABB's Power Grids division. The business unit supplies stations, systems solutions and service for transmission and distribution facilities. The customers are power companies, industry and other companies that need to be connected to power networks. The market is driven by the need to create stable power networks and by environmental reasons with the aim of increasing the use of renewable energy.
Tasks
In this position you will hold the overall responsibility in the project management of multimillion dollar projects, including commercial and technical responsibilities. Working together with other ABB units or suppliers, either as a consortium member or as main supplier, you will represent System Integration in the assigned project. Your role includes actively working to develop and maintain strong customer relationships while maintaining ABB's commercial interests.
Your project team's core members besides you are Lead Engineer, Project SCM, and Site Manager. To support the team, there are contributing functions such as Project Planner, Project Controller and Document Controller.

Requirements
To fit in the role, you need to have the ability to lead, motivate and communicate with your team and customers and an understanding of project economy combined with relevant technical skills.
You have technical education at college level. Previous project management experience is a requirement, preferably from EPC or turnkey contracts. If you also have experience in Gas Insulated Switchgears GIS or data centers, it is meritorious. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
You are driven, responsible and like to work together with other people both internally and externally with our customers. You have a B driving license and is available to travel within the job 20-25 % of the working time, mostly within the Nordic Region. An ABB Project Management Certification or a PMP certification are preferable additional qualifications.
