We are now looking for a Project Manager Technology that will join the team and be the lead Project Manager for the maintenance activities after the launch at customer sites.
In this role you will work very close with our Solutions organization and the end customer. You will drive activities within the Technology organization in order to support our customers in the best way.
You will also secure necessary deliveries and support from our colleagues in Group Trucks Technology and Volvo Construction Equipment.
So who are you?
The profile we are looking for is a senior person that has experience as Project Manager, preferably from L4 development
You have strong social skills; good listener & communicator, it's easy for you to connect with other people
To be successful in this role you enjoy and believe in teamwork, you are not afraid of the unknown and you have a true 'can do attitude'
You enjoy working both hands-on, driving development and solutions through others as well as finding and defining new ways of working
Critical competencies for the position:
You have a solid background in Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years or more of experience from project management
Relevant knowledge about industrial verticals such as mining, construction, transportation and logistics is a plus.
You are fluent in English and Swedish
Above all, you are a strategic-minded doer, with a passion to break new ground
