On the account of our customer we are searching for a
Project Manager / Team leader
You combine leadership, technical expertise, and detailed administrative duties to help your team deliver. You will lead the overall execution of small software development projects up to 13 people. This includes responsibilities for day-to-day project activities, inclusive administration and have a full personnel responsibility for the team.
To reach efficient performance you will use agile processes based on SCRUM. You will drive the project process and effect improvements An important part in your work is also to communicate risks, changes, etc. to stakeholders as well as ensure that the project team understands the goals , and work efficiently together to achieve them.
Experience / skills
• University degree Computer science, engineering or similar field
• At least 6 years of work in software development
• Minimum 2 years? experience with C/C++ or C#
• At least 2 years? experience in managing software development
teams and minimum 1 year of experience as Senior Software
developer or Software Architect.
• Familiar with agile development processes, preferably SCRUM
• Strong communications skills in English both verbally and written,
feel comfortable working in Swedish
It is of merit if you have SCRUM master certification, experience of Web technologies; DOM, JavaScript, XLM, SVG, experience of embedded development, experience of products for OEM device manufacturers and end user software products. Driver's license and ability to travel are also of merit.
