So, what are you going to do today?
About the work
You will be part of a group that supports and develop our factory with ERP system related issues and other local systems and is part of production support at the Lund site.
As a project manager, you will lead and participate in large, and medium-sized projects and activities within digitalization continuous improvements and technical projects.

You take the leadership to drive projects and work forward. You are driven and have great social ability. Driven by working in teams to achieve goals, and deliver results, has the ability to motivate and develop others.
To succeed and make a difference it 's important to have a passion for digitalization, technology, lean, and industry. What you know
You have an academic background at university level and hold prior experience in system support.
Experience in project management - bonus point if you have experience in system-related and change management projects
Documented training in Lean
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
