hela Sverige About the jobIf you want to lead the development of world leading products with advanced technology for a global market, this might be your next challenge!You will be part of the Project Office - 14 strong and experienced Project Managers that drive our projects to success and at the same time develop our way of working, our development processes and support our project organization to ensure efficient product development. Your mission is to lead our product development projects with high focus on customer value and always with the most profitable business in mind. You take full responsibility by managing the project and deliver result in time, at budget, with the right functionality and you manage risks along the way. You lead and develop your cross-functional team to a high performing level and your perspective is to optimize the total solution for the entire product life cycle. What you need to succeed For us, it is important that you have solid experience in leading software development projects. If you also have good knowledge in mechanics and electronics development it 's an advantage. You are customer focused and have good knowledge of our customers, customers either in the motor vehicle industry or in the general industry. As you will work in a cross-functional team within an international environment, you are used to work with people with different competences, from different countries and cultures. You speak English fluently. Education You hold a Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or similar technical university degree. PersonalityYou are a driven result-oriented person. You have the ability to motivate your team and make sure everyone works in the same direction. You have a structured way of working and are excellent in collaboration and communication.
