We are looking for a Project Manager for our global sustainability reporting and other stakeholder engagement and sustainability communication projects for the H&M Group, based in the Sustainability Department at our global Head Office in Stockholm, starting latest in September 2017.
In this role, you will be part of our work to lead the change towards a sustainable fashion world and lead the H&M Group's global sustainability reporting. This means amongst many other things to work at a fast pace with constant changes.
You will work in a direct team focused on engaging different target groups in our sustainability work and communicating with them in an open, inspiring and change-making dialogue. You will also work closely with a large number of experts and other colleagues across our entire 25+ people Head Office Sustainability Team, our communications teams as well as several other functions across the H&M Group.
You need to be structured, creative and good at prioritizing. We offer a fun and dynamic workplace where you will get to know the H&M Group from inside out. Our target groups are our + 130,000 colleagues around the world and broad external groups interested in H&M and our business.
We believe that you:
• Have several years of experience of working with communication, journalism and / or stakeholder engagement/communication, at a larger company within the fashion industry.
• Preferably, have experience with sustainability reporting and knowledge in reporting standards such as GRI.
• Are a strong and structured project manager and have strong organizational skills.
• Impress with strong knowledge and understanding of sustainability matters, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Have a good knowledge of the relevant stakeholder landscape
• Are self-motivated and able to work independently as well as being a strong team player.
• Have a passion for fashion and being part of leading the change for a sustainable fashion world.
