Develop our Suppliers
You will be part of a strategically important project management team reporting directly to Product Group HSS Management. Your main tasks will be to drive and coordinate supplier development activities.
The work is project oriented and will focus on running supplier development activities. You will be involved in to setting the structure of the SD program. It means working as a resource, educate people and coordinate activities.
Production-oriented consultant function
Your educational background is bachelor level or higher, possibly in engineering, or similar proven work experience. You have experience of working with purchasing and supplier development . Movex experience is an advantage.
You have to be able to take an undefined problem to an implemented sustainable solution or improvement. This gives that previous experience as a project manager is an advantage but not a precondition.
Personally, you are accustomed to seeing opportunities rather than limitations and you know how to relate to all levels of an organization and create relationships. You are project-oriented and you are keen on getting well working results that improve Alfa Laval's daily operations.
