Elits Scandinavia is currently operative in four Swedish cities: Stockholm, Linköping, Karlskrona and Gothenburg.
About the position:
ELITS is looking for someone with project management experience in large scale corporate environments. The form of employment can be discussed(preferably full-time permanent employment thought).
In the scope of your work you will be responsible for:
• Manage and lead a large project with responsibility of the project outcome
• Works with the business stakeholders to clearly understand the project scope, the business needs and requirements
• Develops project plans describing the scope and requirements, and the strategy to achieve the goals and deliverables
• Prepares and maintains a project schedule
• Identifies risks and creates contingency plans when needed
• Delegates tasks to allocated available resources
• Collaborate with other teams to progress the project
• Manages change requests towards the project
• Communicates both orally and in writing
• Prepares project status reports and runs project status meetings and keeps business stakeholders informed of project status and related issues.
Qualifications:
• Few years project management experience in larger scale environments
• Experienced in project management methodologies
• Strong communications skills
• Flexible and able to deal with different type of personalities
• Experience from the IT field is an big advantage
• Experience with information security is an big advantage
