We are looking for a Project Manager to the Service Area ?New Business Online? within the Sales Online & Marketing IT Division. Within this service area we provide solutions for online business for the smaller brands within the Customer Group. This position could be based in either Marievik or Borås and is full-time.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of one of our ongoing projects. We would like you to have 5 years? experience from managing IT project, preferably with outsourced solutions and working with external suppliers. It?s very important that you are open-minded and enjoy finding simple solutions to any challenge. You are an excellent leader who inspires and motivates your team.
WORK TASK
• Together with supplier and project team plan project implementation
• Responsibility for budgeting and financial follow-up
• Lead and motivate project team members
• Close collaboration with supplier and business stakeholders
SPECIFIC COMPETENCE
• Experience from project management and PPS or other equal project steering method.
• Proven management skills and strong leadership qualities.
• Strategic and tactical mindset with an ability to make changes in practice.
• Well-developed communication- and relationship skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Create and maintain good relationship with business and external parties
• A good ability to prioritize and focus on the most important things, using helicopter perspective
