Vattenfall IT is the internal provider of IT infrastructure services for the entire Vattenfall Group. It is an international shared service center, providing IT services and support. Vattenfall IT Infrastructure supports Vattenfall by having professional people, knowledgeable in both business and IT, integrating services to enable business functions, providing a helicopter view of required services, utilizing the external market and enforcing standardization in order to optimize cost efficiency.
Vattenfall is looking for a Project Manager, Common Solutions in Transformation & Corporate IT
Our team, Common solutions, is responsible for common applications within Vattenfall IT landscape. IT4IT includes tools and solutions used by IT for the business of IT like IT Service Portal, BMC Remedy .
Enterprise Content Management (ECM) contains document management solutions like SharePoint, Think Project and SER.
We have a complex, multi-project ecosystem where all requirements need to be taken into account for a holistic, stable and compliant solution delivery and managed keeping various stakeholder demands in mind.
Your main responsibilities as a Project Manager for Common Solutions:
• Responsible for project management and execution of delivery in scope
• Plans, organizes, coordinates and reports on the execution of assigned projects in compliance with the project guidelines and framework and manages the expectations of the stakeholders in such a way that the project objectives and results are achieved within the agreed quality standards, time plan and budgets,
• Manages implementation plan, risk and impacts on business processes
• Uses experience with technology to with focus on opportunities to improve through digitization and automation.
• Show ownership and high quality standards of project delivery and deliverables
• Coordination of interactions with different stakeholders, incl. IT Architect, IT Security and IT Operations, end-users
• Ensure that the best possible solution is designed and delivered considering the overall organizational perspective. Strive to find the most efficient solution by asking the right questions.
Required experience / expertise:
• At least University/College Education
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Executing and delivering in complex landscapes with multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge and experience with corporate solutions which involves broad stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinking translating into execution
• Language - fluent in English, any other Vattenfall language (Swedish, Dutch, German, Polish) is a plus
Experience as a medior project manager with complex projects focused on data and information governance and optimizations is a must

Location:
• Flexible placement. Ex Stockholm, Gliwice, Katowice, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg
Travels:
• The position will require some travel between Vattenfall locations
