Description
The resource will be Workstream sub project manager/ project coordinator for a Transition Program. The project includes most areas at the Client. The consultant will be onsite in Stockholm.
Work tasks
As Workstream sub project manager/ project coordinator within the Program you are responsible for the coordination of two work streams: Legal and Communication. Both streams are global and cross divisional and will have representatives such as client executives, lawyers, product specialist and communication departments, from all divisions.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Expected years of experience: approx. 3 years within Project management skills
• communication skills and personal drive are crucial.
• Knowledge of banking products is an important competence.
• Key deliverables within the Communication stream include communication plans and templates, intranet articles and project management deliverables (e.g. process status tracking).
• Key deliverables within the Legal stream includes plan for updating of client agreements, drafting of fallback language, workshops for legal and business.
• Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferred personal qualities:
If not yet familiar with the content (products and terminology) then you will need to be willing to learn about these to independently have conversations with experts.
