We are expanding our Project Management team at the site in Uppsala and you would be working with some of our scale-up and industrialization projects. We have a wide variety of initiatives at the moment and are therefore looking for people with different experiences. We believe that you have experience from project management, process development, purchase of large equipment or coordinating utility systems upgrades.
Responsibilities
You will drive different industrialization projects to ensure success of the projects and the business. You will manage the project and lead the team according to project models and industry standards taking for example GMP and production requirements into account. More specifically you will:

Build efficient teams in a collaborative spirit among representatives from Engineering, Operations, Development, Site Infrastructure and others.

Be accountable for project objectives, deliverables, timeline and budget
*
Drive and coordinate the daily project activities
*
Communicate project vision, goals and progress
*
Ensure appropriate reporting with internal/external stakeholders and with the project team
Requirements
To be successful in this role you have at least 4-5 years working experience, but more important is your personality and your willingness to learn and develop new skills. We believe that you have experience from project management or different process development activities from the life science industry. With process development we are referring to for example scale-up of processes, purchase and installation of larger equipment, larger upgrades in media systems or similar.
You likely have an academic education within Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or similar and are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
You like to initiate and drive projects and to enable the project team to succeed. You like to collaborate with others and it gives you energy to be in a changing environment.
