The Vattenfall IT organisation consists of approximately 1400 employees spread over several countries like Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands and Poland. Within Vattenfall IT the department Common ERP Services is responsible for the maintenance and developments of all corporate ERP systems. The Swedish Common ERP Services team is located in Arenastaden, Solna.
To further strengthen our team within Common ERP Services, we are looking for an Project Manager SAP, Logistic and Procurement Solutions for our Solna location in Sweden.
Common ERP Services, our internal IT service provider focussing on SAP Classic modules, works in project management and process consulting, customising and development as well as support and operation of applications. The job tasks of the Logistic & Procurement Solutions team, besides planning and steering of complex projects in Procurement/Invoice Verification/Warehouse Management, include the conceptualisation, development, operation, support and sophistication of complex live systems. Holistic consulting services and high-quality solutions for our customers are in the focus of our activities.
Your main responsibilities
The international day-to-day and project business will form part of your responsibilities, just like the advancement and optimisation of existing processes and systems in the logistics and procurement environment. For successful development/customisation of existing systems, this will require your active support in steering, analysing, conceiving, implementing and tests up to the point of go-live. In pursuing these goals and activities, you will cooperate, on a daily basis, with several internal - international stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
Your assignment will require knowledge in the fields of procurement, invoice verification, warehouse management and adjacent subject fields in the SAP environment.
You are a Project Manager with experience and comprehensive, well-founded knowledge in the fields of Logistic & Procurement Solutions. Additionally, you will have the following background:
• Degree from a university in information science, engineering or business/economy (or in a comparable speciality) or equivalent years of experience within the area
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Logistics & Procurement solutions
• Experience as an Project Manager
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Readiness to travel (internationally) will be prerequisite
• Experience in implementing projects in an international level will round off your profile
