hela Sverige As a Project Manager Sales within Business Unit Cheese & Powder, you will be dedicated to lead, drive and coordinate large pre-projects together with our market companies. You will lead the pre-project team throughout the execution of the pre-project for large L3+ projects throughout the sales phase.
The Business Unit Cheese and Powder Systems develops, engineers and commissions cheese and powder production equipment and plants for the food industry. With over 900 employees in 8 countries we develop, deliver and facilitate a competitive portfolio of process solutions in close cooperation with the Tetra Pak market companies. The position is based in Lund with approx. 40% of travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Lead and align the planning of pre-projects and quotation delivery times
• Lead the team to develop the solution to meet the customer demands
• Develop and drive the team to meet the deadlines and budgets for the pre-projects all done in accordance to our governance and quality system
• Lead the consolidation of the internal costs and create the overall cost
• Participate in developing the sales strategy for each sales opportunity
• Lead the team to create a consolidated quotation based on input from our internal BU's
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly the ability to motivate people and to engage effectively with people at all levels. You have a strong drive for results, don't hesitate to take decisions when it's needed and have a structured way of working. Furthermore, you possess a high level of negotiation skills and have the passion to achieve a common project goal to a high standard.
The successful candidate has a university degree and at least 5 years of proven track record in project management. Also, experience from process/project engineering and the dairy industry and/or evaporation and dryer process is beneficial. It is an advantage if you are PMP certified and has gone through leadership training. As you will work in an international environment it is important that you have a good command of English both written and spoken.
