This includes rollout of RFID technology in our stores as well as in our warehouses. Use cases include increasing store stock accuracy, reducing shrinkage, improving size availability as well as better operational efficiencies. We are now looking for a project manager / rollout coordinator to lead the global rollout of an RFID scanner application in our stores. The project goal is to increase sales in the stores as well as improve store efficiencies and enhance customer experience with the use of RFID. The RFID application on the scanner is used to read RFID price tags with many key functions including (examples) inventory counts sent to the warehouse, knowing what to move from backroom to sales floor, finding items and retagging. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning the rollouts for each store in terms of time and activities to be done per brand/country in the IT solutionsAlign expectations with stakeholders both local and central and provide excellent verbal and written communications on status of rollout, actions to be done and timelineExecute the rollout by coordinating the necessary changes amongst various teams including the program, supplier, scanner team, infrastructure and maintenance organizationMonitor rollout progress and any support tickets. Where needed, support troubleshooting of incidents which can be within the RFID solution itself or surrounding solutions like the scanner, network or integrationsCoordinate with the RFID application supplier on any changes needed for a specific rollout countryWork as part of the RFID team within IT championing and promoting the solutions and potentials for where RFID can make a difference CompetencesExperience in IT project management in leading small teams for at minimum 2 yearsBasic project management with identifying risk and mitigations, creating project plans, managing budget, directing other team members, and delivering upon commitmentsTechnical interest and experience, able to understand the IT solution, infrastructure and landscapeExcellent communications both written and presenting with ability to adapt messages to the audienceStructured and methodologicalAbility to quickly learn and contribute with ideas across various technical concepts while troubleshooting problemsGeneral knowledge of store operations and the IT solutions that support the stores such as Point of Sales (POS)Knowledge of SAP is a plus as it is the source and destination of the RFID application dataKnowledge of RFID is a plusAll communications are in EnglishPersonal skills Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm, structured and focused mannerTake charge attitude to get things done without prestigeSense of urgency and seen as a "do-er"Dedicated with the ability to deliver in a high pace, fast-changing environmentStrong communication skills and social competenceEnthusiastic with a flexible approachHave good skills in anticipating issues/risks and how to mitigateVid ansökan märk ansökan med Project Manager/Rollout CoordinatorVi undanber oss vänligen men bestämt direktkontakt med bemannings- och rekryteringsföretag samt försäljare av ytterligare jobbannonser
