The research department is the core of Universum’s business and conducts annual surveys amongst students and professionals in 31 countries around the world. Information from these surveys is turned into more than 1,000 client specific reports on the talent market. The research department also conducts tailored research and provides consulting services for a number of prestigious clients around the world.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
As a project manager at Research you will be responsible for our established annual surveys with a turn over of more than 52 million SEK in total. You will be the communicator both internally and externally and work close to our Production team as well as the Sales organisation. Eventually you will be the expert on your markets, work closely with the clients and be the number one coordinator.
We are looking for driven, enthusiastic people with experience in market research and with proven project management skills. You are a natural part of the team if you are a hard working and a solutions-oriented team player. The ideal candidate has an academic degree and 1-2 years work experience within market research.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Proven project manager skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in English, additional language skills are a merit
• Knowledge and experience in market research
• Knowledge and experience of statistical analysis are a merit
