Do you want to be a part of leading a power shift to 100% renewable energy? Do you want to manage key development projects creating the offering enabling this shift? Do you want to play a key role in shaping the future of energy consumption? Then this is the role for you!
As a Project Manager at SVEA Solar you will take the lead on designing core products of our offering.
You will work with, and lead, a team of developers, mechanical engineers and electrical engineers ensuring successful product launches. As an early member in the product team, you will also have an important role in shaping our product development organization.
You will also:
• Translate functionality requirements into technical solutions
• Manage and coordinate important product development projects including budgeting, activity planning and follow up
• Guide team members and consultants and in performing their tasks in the project efficiently, including mechanical and electrical engineers and software developers
• Actively support and advice on the development for SVEA Solar's product development department

Who are you?
In order to qualify as our Project Manager, we at SVEA Solar believe that you are a strong communicator, capable of adapting your message towards any recipient. You have a genuine interest in leading, guiding and developing teams and possess the skills to do so. Furthermore, you have:
• A university degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical or similar).
• At least 3-5 years' experience of project management from product development projects.
• Experience from product development, enabling you to be a strong support in at least one area for your team.
• Leadership experience, specifically the ability to attract and retain competent people in your team.
• A strong sense of responsibility and isn't afraid to take action in order to deliver projects on time.
• Competence and knowledge that you are willing to share in order to see others grow.
If you have experience from a scale up environment, with high requirement on a dynamic approach to the market or experience from the energy industry (e.g batteries, chargers, IoT devices, solar panels), we consider it to be a merit.
