Project manager R&D.
As a project manager at Blueair you will responsible of one or multiple product projects within the organization and work towards securing efficient and timely projects. You will motivate and lead cross functional teams in concept and product development projects and have full accountability of the project. As a project manager it will be your responsibility to understand the complexity of the project from start to finish and to be the driver of the projects process. Ensure and enthuse that both the project and co-workers are moving in the right direction, at speed with OTIF delivery. You will work, cooperate, and communicate with different team members and departments internally as well as with external resources.
Main responsibilities.
Deliver project on time and in full.
Planning, budget accountability, and scope management of project.
Drive end-to-end project, from initial idea to launched product.
Working with risk mitigation and pro-actively prevent possible issues and obstacles in the project.
Resource and organize project right in order to solve technical, industrial, or organizational problems.
Work processes in above listed areas.
Driver of concept and feasibility studies.
Communicate project progress to key stakeholders.
Who are you.
We are looking for you who have a profound background and experience in project management. You have both the leadership skills and commercial insight to deliver the desired business results. You have an understanding of the complexity of a project from start to finish as well as you are a solution oriented, driven and self-motivated person. Strong ability to set up a time plan and used to work with tough deadlines, analytical mindset, and the ability to have a thorough understanding and overview of the project scope. We also believe you have strong people and communication skills since you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders it is crucial to enthuse and keep good relations.
Qualifications.
5-10 years previous work experience as a project manager.
Academic background within engineering.
Proven experience from high volume manufacturing, household products is a plus.
Worked with both industrialization- and development projects on a senior level.
Experience from working in Microsoft Project.
Fluent in business English, verbally and written.
Previous experience from working in a global matrix organization with teams in different locations.
Experience from working toward China is a merit.
