Job description:
Within Recovery Systems we are mainly focusing on rebuild and capital projects up to 50M Euro with a duration between one to three years. Our main products are evaporation plants and ash leaching systems for pulp mills. As Project Manager you will manage environmentally friendly and energy optimized projects to help our clients shape a more sustainable world. Your responsibility will be to manage and to be the customer's counterpart during execution of one or several projects. Your network will include project managers, engineers and coordinators.
You will manage projects according to contracts with the help of assigned project teams, be responsible for project budget, handling change orders with the customer and be involved in purchasing of equipment, subcontracting and manufacturing.
You will also support the sales team during the sales phase in larger projects. Reviewing project budget, proposed contract and participate in meetings with customer during final negotiations.
Requirements:
We think you have a Master/Bachelor of Science or equivalent acquired competence. You have documented experience of managing industrial delivery projects in an international environment, preferably process industry. You have a business mindset with good knowledge in contracts and negotiation experience as well as administration skills.
We?re looking for a good teamleader who is service minded and easily can create trust with clients.
As project manager it is important that you are self-going and has the ability to motivate others.
Furthermore you are a communicative person, fluent in Swedish and English.

We are located in a modern office building at Lindholmen, close to the beautiful riverside in Gothenburg. Approximately 300 people are working within the Gothenburg organization. We also house our own workshop, next to the office.
