We are now looking for a brave and energetic person who would like to take a leading role in our continuous journey of developing our Profit & Distribution department.
Your main responsibilities will be to assist the Profit & Distribution team to maximize the overall net revenues by developing necessary tools and educational programs. Your focus will be to further develop and maintain critical know how within the company.
You will do this by specify, coordinate and implement technology requirements based on commercial needs. This includes Choice International's CRS, Cenium, Channel Management system and Revenue Management systems among others.
You will be responsible for establish an educational program for Revenue Management within Nordic Choice Hotels in order to continuously improve and create the leading Revenue Management resources within the Scandinavian hotel market.
You will also be the representative for Profit & Distribution in any Nordic Choice project that requires Profit & Distribution attendance.
Workplace:
Primarily the head offices in Oslo and Stockholm. (Business travels are required)
Duties and Responsibilities:
• System development
Recommend and coordinate demand on system development together with IT Service Manager Profit & Distribution. This includes gathering and documenting requests from the organization. Coordinate testing and roll-out once specified and developed.
• Project Managements
Participate, secure and communicate the Profit & Distribution strategies in different projects within Nordic Choice.
• Educational program
Establish a Revenue Academy which includes gathering course material from individuals within the organization as well as defining the educational program.
