Do you want to bring your extensive Project Management and Change Management experience to improving the way Tetra Pak develops innovative products and technologies? In this position you will drive Business Transformation projects and Continuous Improvement initiatives that improve the way we create innovative products. This will include coaching of development organisations and projects to use leading best practices that ultimately will contribute to Tetra Pak's growth strategy.
You will be an important part of the Product Creation team, with the mission to drive Product Creation process efficiency and project management capabilities for Tetra Pak to be faster, better and cheaper in project execution meeting value chain requirements.
Your main tasks will be to manage and drive projects to analyse, define and implement process and best practice improvements, working very closely with the Global Process Drivers and management stakeholders. You will also work directly with the respective organisations to evaluate the effectiveness and use of best practice, to highlight areas for improvement both in Tetra Pak's development processes and in their application in day-to-day operations, and to follow-up on improvement results.
You will act as coach to development project managers, team members and line managers on how to make the best use of Tetra Pak's processes and how to most effectively implement suggested process improvements, and you will help drive experience and best practice sharing between different organisations.
Publiceringsdatum2011-10-05KvalifikationerThe role requires strong Project and Change Management skills to coach pilot development projects and drive deployment across the organisations involved in development (DSO, SCO, COM), and high levels of Stakeholder Management as well as Requirements and Scope Management to maintain alignment and commitment across all levels of management and across the different Tetra Pak organisations.
The ideal candidate has a Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent degrees. Fluency in English, both written and spoken is required. You also need to have extensive Project Management experience in development projects and/or extensive experience in leading change management projects or process improvement projects in industry or in consulting. You also are used to work in a global environment, and have experience in working across organisational boundaries.
The successful candidate has strong leadership skills with a focus on results, and has a passion for combining their experience and leading best practice to bringing development teams to excel in development. You possess good communication and presentation skills and cultural sensitivity, along with business and organizational awareness. You have the ability to engage and drive change.
