For this organization we are now looking for a Project Manager/Process Engineer.

The role

As Technical Project Manager/ Process Engineer you will be offered an influential role with great freedom and confidence in an entrepreneurial organization with opportunity to grow.
The role includes following tasks and responsibilities:
* Project management of key investments in the Biocomposite process
* Continuous improvement for established processes with focus on cost reduction and process efficiency.
* Design and implement new processes related to the platform.
* Daily follow up on product and process quality
* Working together with Sales and Development team on customer related projects
Your background
We are looking for someone with the ability to lead large investment projects and take the responsibility for continuous improvements for our operations. You have great project management skills, technical process knowledge and are an action oriented problem-solver. You have a flexible mind-set and the ability to both start and finish projects with great quality.
Requirements
Technical University degree is required, but we are open for candidates with limited work experience.
Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
For this position, we are looking for someone able to work at our site in Hyltebruk. Some travel will be required.
