Volvo is again heavily investing in technology, especially in sustainable transportation for the future: Electromobility. We are now growing very rapidly in this area, why we need to strengthen our team with a project manager.
Who are we?
We at Electromobility are taking the heritage of an excellent conventional vehicle and turn that into environmentally friendly and sustainable top-notch electrical vehicle. The expectations are high, and therefore we need to get you on board and be able to collaborate efficiently with our highly experienced organization. What we can offer is a well working organization delivering electric drivelines in trucks, busses, construction vehicles and marine solutions. The area where this team is working is Power Conversion.
Who are you?
We are looking for a project manager who are talented in communication, effective and always adapted to audience, verbally and in writing. As a person you have demonstrated technical leadership and can easily create a productive and prosperous team. You are results-oriented and want to challenge the current normal. You plan and align, focus on highest priorities, and lie out a thorough schedule. To succeed in this role, you also need to be able to speak and write in English effortlessly.
What will you do?
To succeed in your new role, we think you have:
University degree in Electrical, Software, or Mechatronic engineering
Several years' experience in Product Development
Several years of previous experience as project manager or project coordinator
Previous experience in development of electromobility components or systems is an asset
